Green screen used to portray background they want to show the audience to show she is a police officer

·       “I’ve never really seen a police officer that looks like me” whilst it shows multiple angles of her to show the audience she is from an ethnic background

·       When she mentions Leicester it show moving shot of Leicester’s streets to show and portray to the audience that it is dangerous and rough

·       Voice over shots of her as she speaks about her history juxtaposed to where she is now

·       Male officer saying “this is it” referring to they have arrived at the house shows a shot of the house

·       As male officer knocks, cuts to close up of her looking serious telling us that it is a serious situation they are in

·       Her copying male officers movements confirms to audience she is a more new officer than him

·      When he says “let the Sargent know” she does it which tells audience he is telling her what to do which means he’s higher in the police hierarchy system than her

Whatever comes over the radio gets explained in text on screen to explain what is going on to audience

·       Two panel shot one with interview explaining her feelings at the time and the other showing her at the time

·       Music kicks in as he bashes in the door and montage shots of him breaking the door in

·       Stereotype that muscular white male has to do heavy lifting sort of like a henchman

·       Body cam footage gives us police perspective of what is happening in this situation

·       Voice over constantly explaining her feelings as it happens during shots
